This sculpture was a private commission as a present for their partners 70th birthday.  The client wanted a garden sculpture to go by the pond, with a sense of purpose and movement.  The photos show 'Daphne' (as they called her) installed poised and ready to dive into the pond.  This was a lovely project to work on, helping realise Claire’s dreams for a tailored sculpture for her husband’s birthday.  She knew they wanted a sculpture in action by their pond and when she discovered my work online, knew that my style was the right one for them.
